Welcome to Trackside Training, a product operated by Fair Weather Athletics, LLC ("Fair Weather Athletics," "we," "our," or "us"), an AI-powered endurance training platform. By accessing or using Trackside Training, including our website, mobile app, or syncing your fitness data, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which form a legally binding agreement between you and Fair Weather Athletics, LLC regarding your use of Trackside Training.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
2. Our Services
Trackside Training provides personalized endurance training plans, AI-generated workouts, and adaptive insights for athletes in running, cycling, swimming, and multisport disciplines. Our platform uses your synchronized data (e.g., from Garmin) and advanced AI models, including large language models (LLMs), to create dynamic coaching experiences.
You must be 18 years or older to use the Services.
3. Fitness Data & AI-Driven Content
When you link third-party services (e.g., Garmin), you authorize us to collect and analyze fitness data such as:
- Heart rate
- Power output
- Sleep patterns
- Training history
- Activity type and duration
We use this data to:
- Generate personalized workouts using AI
- Provide contextual guidance using LLMs
- Help you train more intelligently, safely, and efficiently
Your data remains yours — we do not use it for any purpose other than delivering value through our Services.
4. Privacy & Data Security
We are deeply committed to protecting your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data, fitness history, or any Protected Health Information (PHI) with third parties.
Data you share with us is:
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
- Only used internally to improve our recommendations and features
- Never retained by external AI models or used to train generalized LLMs

6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use the platform only for its intended athletic training purposes
- Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer our software, models, or data flows
You also acknowledge that workout suggestions generated by AI may vary and evolve based on your input and data availability.
7. Modifications to the Services
We may update, enhance, or modify parts of the platform — including AI models, workout algorithms, and integrations — without prior notice. We strive to make these improvements transparent and beneficial to you as an athlete.
8. Subscription Terms (if applicable)
Certain features may require a paid subscription. If so:
- Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled
